Ban*Jam is one of London’s most well known nights to catch up & coming bands and established artists next to high profile bands and celebrity guests. Going weekly from Thursday 9th September at Proud Camden. Run by Tom Graham A & R manager at Mercury Records and Edward Horatio Winter owner /founder Vulture House Ltd.

BANDS

New Hit 19 yr old Talay Riley co writer of Oopsy Daisy for Chipmunk already has a no. 1 under the belt, and another Chipmunk co-write in the top 10 ‘Look For Me’. He will be down at Ban Jam singing us some of the songs from his eagerly anticipated debut solo album and first single due on LA record Label JIVE this Summer. Catch it with us first.

Kurran and the Wolfnotes, sitting somewhere between Jose Gonzalez, Elliot Smith and Brighteyes; NME says - "The new school of Brit-Folk has arrived”. Kurran will be performing at Latitude and Redfest before coming to London to headline Ban Jam.

Bother & Sister act The Cordelier Club have been around for a while and while grabbing snippets of attention from Last FM and MTV have not quite braked. However now supporting a more rock edge they find themselves in the ear of many A&R mangers in town and have secured a residency at The Macbeth in Hoxton. In true Ban Jam style catch him here first

DJ's

James Jacob DJ aka ‘Jakwob’ will be the headlining DJ with a keen interest from XFM and Radio 1’s Zane Low, Annie Mac & Huw Stephens as well as pieces in dazed, nme, mixmag to name a few, he is sure to be a crowd pleaser. While currently working on an eagerly anticipated dubstep, electronic scenes debut album he still finds time to fill out legendary venues and nights at Fabric, Death disco and now it’s our turn.
